Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to research the influence of the marketorientation on the alternative strategic orientations and their impact on businessperformance on companies in the city of Tangerang and Jakarta, Indonesia. Alternativestrategic orientations in this study is innovation, learning, entrepreneurial and employeeorientations. This research is associative causal relationship to determine a causalrelationship between the independent variable, market orientation, intermediatevariables, innovation, learning, entrepreneurial and employee orientation, anddependent variable, business performance. This study using the Structural EquationModeling (SEM).The results of the SEM analysis shows effect of market orientation oninnovation, learning, entrepreneurship, employee orientation and direct impact onbusiness performance gives the figure a significant correlation. The effect of learningorientation on business performance gives the figures a moderate correlation. Effect ofemployee orientation on business performance gives the figure a low correlation .Innovation and entrepreneurial orientation influence on the business performance givesthe figure a negative correlation.The researcher recommends that the variables thathave significant correlations can be implemented while the variables that have amoderate, low and negative correlation are recommended for future research to improvethe questionnaire‟s statements and respondent terms of both quality and quantity.Key words: Market, Innovation, Learning, Entrepreneurial, Employee, BusinessPerformance.

Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted to analyze how strong is the effect ofcompetency, work placement and motivation on performance of the employees of theSecretariat General of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Phenomenon indicated thatperformance achievement of the Ministry showed by the result of LAKIP appraisal onlymeet the CC criteria. This could be linked to the low performance of the Ministry staff,affected by competency, work placement and motivation factors. The design of theresearch is causal design which aimed to measure how strong are the effect ofcompetency, work placement and motivation on performance. The measurement of thevariables is using Likert scale and data were collected through questionnaire to 186respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS. The results of multipleregression analysis and t-test proved that the competency had no effect, while workplacement and motivation significantly effected on performance. In conclusion, theresearch showed that the process of work placement by considering academicachievement and motivation from a good relationship with superiors could effect to theachievement of the employees performance.Keywords: competency, work placement, motivation, performance

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education and workexperiences to employee performance at PT. Global Informasi Bermutu. Descriptivequantitative research methods by using statistical correlation an multiple regression withthe aim of analyzing the effect of the two independent variables (Education and WorkExperiences) on the dependent variable (Employee Performance). The sample used wasan employee of employees as much as 240 respondents who made a sample randomdetermination. The result research showed that from the analysis are known, alsodemonstrated from regression technique and significance, which states that both partiallyand jointly a positive and significant of employee performance. From two independentvariables, the education has the most dominant influence on employee performance.Keywords: education, work experiences, employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Every Company wants its employees have the ability to high productivity inwork. This is an ideal desire for profit-oriented companies, because how can a companymake a profit if it is filled in by people who are not productive. However, sometimescompanies are not able to distinguish which employees are productive and which are notproductive. Garuda Call Centre operators are contracted to work for one year under theEmployment Services Provider Company, and after it had conducted an evaluation todetermine whether the employees in question will resume contract or the contract may beterminated. This kind of employment contract system was influential on the level ofturnover. Result of research can be said a significant influence Commitment (X1) of theTurnover Intention (Y) with most dominant in dimension of faith in the managementwishes to move, the correlation value is 0.849, there is a significant effect of JobInsecurity (X2) on Turnover Intention (Y) with most dominant in dimension of the threatof job loss itself wishes desire and commitment to move (X1), the correlation value is0.829, and Job Insecurity (X2) are jointly significance influence on Turnover Intention(Y).Keywords: Commitment, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of emotional intelligence,organizational climate and job stress on employee performance. The population in thisstudy were employees at the Head Office of National SAR Agency (BASARNAS)Jakarta. Sampling was done by metore accidental sampling. The method used in thisstudy is a descriptive analysis of the data collection through literature review,observation, interview. Analysis was conducted on the validity, reliability test, theclassic assumption test, correlation and regression testing. Results of the analysisshowed that emotional intelligence is partially significant effect on employeeperformance is strongly correlated with empathy Dimension initiative. Partial results ofthe analysis of organizational climate have a significant effect on employeeperformance. Dimensional support strongly associated with cooperation. Partial resultsof the analysis of job stress had no effect on employee performance. Results ofsimultaneous analysis of emotional intelligence and organizational climate have asignificant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Climate, Job Stress, EmployeePerformance

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence andachievement motivation to achievement in learning ofstudents in Akparnas UnasJakarta.The Research is descriptive research with used regression analysis andcorrelation with data of questionnaire collected from the all students at Akparnas UnasJakarta.The result of research showed that Emotional intelligence and achievementmotivation have a positive and significant effect to achievement in learning. Abstract

Abstract: The thesis aims to solve the problem in reducing reject level using PDCA and8 Steps Quality Improvement. The results shows that the most dominant reject cupbecause leak. Root causes of this reject caused by limitation of training to operator,machine problem, no machine setting guidance and usage of more than one type ofmaterial. Base on the root causes then improvements that have been made are operatortraining, improved the machine, producing guidelines for setting the machine, andallocation of material every single type of material in a period of time.Keywords: PDCA, 8 Steps Quality Improvement, Reject Cup Forming.

Abstract

Abstract: This thesis proposes to analyze some factors that caused error in delivery endproducts from the warehouse to customer at PT. Niro Ceramic Sales Indonesia. Thisresearch use the Five Whys Analysis and Fishbone Analysis as tools to identify somefactors that caused errors in delivery end products from the warehouse. Results of thisresearch showed that error of shipments of end products from warehouse to customer arecaused by humans (the employee do not have enough training and do not have enoughworking hours) and methods (lack of Standart Operating Procedure, no exception ruleorder for loyal customers and the material order request always urgently needed), evenfor media or environment factors are not enough lighting and indoor building conditionsis not properly manage. Based on that result, this research proposes some recomendationfor the management of the company, i. e. conduct a routine training for all warehousepersonnel, add the number of warehouse personnel, change the working hours becometwo shifts per day and evaluate daily expenditures‟s procedure for delivery of endproduct from warehouse to the customer or to dealer.Keywords: Error Delivery, Five Whys Analysis, Fishbone Analysis

Abstract

Abstract: This research examined the effect of compensation, competency, andmotivation on the performance of acupuncture teachers in LKP Ladika. This researchused quantitative approach with descriptive survey method. Data were taken usingquestionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS. Methods of data analysis in thisresearch were multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test,such as normality test and multicollinearity test. At the multiple regression analysis willbe shown descriptive statistics, correlation test, determination test, t test and F test. Theresults of this research shown that compensation, competency and motivationaltogether had significant influence toward those performance of acupuncture teachersin LKP Ladika. Abstract

Abstract: Research on customer loyalty through purchasing decisions on a softwareproduct has been widely applied. This study aimed to observe the effect of productquality, price and brand reputation on customer loyalty through dynamic purchasingdecisions NAV Microsoft software.Samples taken are population all customers of PT.Consulting Aevitas by 60 respondents. Data were obtained through the censusquestionnaire, ie walk in customers during 2011. Type of research is quantitativedescriptions using Path Analysis.The results of this study is the structural equation model1 shows that the quality of the product has the greatest influence on purchase decisions.While the structural equation model 2 shows that good quality products, prices and brandreputation have no influence on loyalty, however if through the purchase decision, allthree have an influence on customer loyalty.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Brand Reputation, Purchase Decisions andCustomer Loyalty.
